MENAFN)As declared by Turkey’s foreign minister, Turkey is included in the conflicts solution from Somalia to Afghanistan.
Mevlut Cavusoglu stated during an important speech at the TRT World Forum 2021, named Power and Paradox: Understanding Grand Strategy in the 21sth Century Ankara uses smart power in its grand plan, with soft and hard power basics.
Cavusoglu declared in a video message “That’s why we define our foreign policy as enterprising, as well, because we believe that a proactive foreign policy, not a reactive one, is required to respond to challenges. From Somalia to Afghanistan, we are part of the solution.”
Moreover, he affirmed that Turkey just uses hard power after other choices was spent and just to start discussion and diplomacy “This is what we do to resolve frozen conflicts, de-escalate tensions and protect our national interests.”
