UAE’s ruler Muhammed bin Rashid Al Mektum(the vice president, prime minister, and minister of defense of the United Arab Emirates as well as the ruler of Dubai) has entered into a one sided fraudulent, an illegal, secretive and unconstitutional agreements with the Ministry of Defense of the Federal Republic of Somalia. UAE Ruler has used his vast wealth to bribe and corrupt the Somalia’s Defense Minister and President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud; As a result of that, President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud and His defense Minister entered into an unconstitutional agreement with UAE.
