LONDON, UK (Horn Observer) a Somali man killed his wife inside their home in Bristol, on Monday, might been drunk, Media reports citing eyewitnesses and residents said.
Witnesses said that Adan Dahir killed his 27 year wife, Asia Omar on Monday, shortly after disagreement between the man’s sister and his wife. “We don’t know what happened, but the situation remained calm” Ayaan Cabdulaahi Macalin, an eyewitness and a relative of the deceased told the VOA Somali service in an interview.Its not yet clear the reasons behind the murder, but some sources indicate the man and woman might have been drank and over limit and that might have been the cause the of the fight.Reports say the UK police are investigating the incident.However, sources confirm that the British government imposed 6 month ban on Taxi mini cab driver, at the time he was separated with his wife two years ago. Residents said, he later decided to move to Bristol, where he started to work a warehouse and reconciled with his wife.
