Wanla Wayn 16 April 2026 (banooda)-President Hassan Sheikh is the only who so far became twice President for Somali Federal Government. In both terms President Hassan showed very poor management capacity using state power shamelessly with tribalist tendency and personal interests as his priority instead of National interest at large.
President Hassan manages the office the Prime Minister and is involved in all offices of Legislative, Executive and Judiciary powers of the State. He normally appoints his children and close relatives in important and senior political and military positions. Jihan Hasaan Sheikh and Abdifatah Hassan Sheikh are well known examples by Somalis and International community.
Hiding or forceful and bribe based ratification of bilateral agreements and contracts without the normal procedural ratification of state cabinet and then Parliament is the normal and routine administration like the Turkey Somali Hydrocarbons/Oil agreement.
Tribalism and tribal interest of President Hassan Sheikh
President Hassan Sheikh normally tries to interfere, the Somali Federal member states (FMS) internal affairs for tribal ambition. On November 2014, Using Ugandan peace keeping troops President Hassan put on power an unelected Sharif Hassan by force and murdered innocent people and toppled the South west Federal State of six regions administration encompassing all Somali clans living in the six regions. He compromised with Sharif Hassan to nominate a Hawiye fellow as vice President of South West 3 regions, so many Mps and Ministerial position earmarked for his closerelatices. Sharif Hassan gave all the request of President Hassan Sheikh except the nomination of Vice President.
